This is the seventh annual Progress Report on Enforcement of the OECD Convention. The Convention has 38 parties and is overseen by the OECD Working Group on Bribery.

Errata

On p.25 and 75 of the report, we erroneously referred to Sherwood International Petroleum in connection with a bribery proceeding in Nigeria. This information is incorrect and should read Sherwood Petroleum. We have corrected the report accordingly and apologise for this mistake.
