Over the past few years, Egypt’s National Integrity System (NIS), which is made up of the key institutions that contribute to integrity, transparency and accountability in society, has undergone a number of positive developments. As a consequence, the current NIS in Egypt is based on a considerable set of rules, regulations and mechanisms which seek to prevent corruption in the country.
