Transparency International has developed a strategic framework - TI-2010 - to provide inspiration, guidance and cohesion to the efforts of Transparency International (TI) in fighting corruption around the world.

This framework provides the basis for the Transparency International secretariat and national chapters to develop and implement their specific anti-corruption programmes. It aims to enable the Transparency International movement to adapt to the changing needs and demands of the political and economic environments that influence the anti-corruption agenda.

The TI-2010 process, facilitated by the TI Secretariat, consisted of a consultation process with TI stakeholders. The document was approved at the annual membership meeting (AMM) 2007 in Bali.

TI-2010 replaces the former strategic planning document dating from 2003.
